I haven't played as an Infiltrator yet, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Anyway, ammo powers would be redundant. Same with the shield boosters (Fortification, Geth Shield Boost, Barrier), as you'd probably want to cloak and take cover instead of using those under fire.
